Your use of the EnviTool web site constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions of use.

The EnviTool web site, including all of its features and content (the "Web Site") is a service made available to you (the ”User”) by Envitool Asia Pte. Ltd. , a subsidiary of Notisum AB or its affiliates (the "Provider"). All content, information, services and software ordered or provided on or through this Web Site may be used solely under the following terms and conditions. The access to the Web Site is granted for a limited period of time defined by the paid subscription term or under a trial subscription scheme.

General Subscription Conditions

Subscription access to the Web Site is granted in the number of users that are associated with the subscription. Unless otherwise agreed the subscription term is twelve (12) month and will automatically renew for a successive twelve months’ term until terminated by at least thirty (30) days written notice. Renewal prices are subject to change if notified by the Provider at least sixty (60) days before renewal. Paid subscription fees are not refundable. Subscriptions can be transferred to another party only after written permission from the Provider.

Data Security and Accessibility

The User receives one or more unique passwords for access to the Web Site. The password provides access to the specific service or services the User has subscribed to. Online services are usually available 24 hours per day, but may be subject to interruptions from time to time.

Copyright and Use of Information
